Check-in: from 3 p.m. Check-out: by 11 a.m. – Please let us know if you require different times.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Smoking is permitted on the balcony or in the outdoor area – please use ashtrays.
Pets are not allowed.
Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. – especially in the outdoor area and on the balcony. Events, parties, etc. are not permitted.
We ask that you treat the furnishings with care. Please separate your rubbish – appropriate bins are provided. Y
ou are welcome to use the kitchen – please leave it clean and tidy.
Please report any damage or defects immediately. Overnight guests who are not registered are not permitted. Daytime visitors are welcome.
If you lose your key, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of replacing it.
